Assignment 6 -- Pride and Prejudice, Chpts. 31-40 OR VII: 8-17
Why does Elizabeth think Mr. Darcy sabotaged Jane's chances of marrying Bingley? And what do you think of Mr. Darcy's proposal? Would you accept a proposal like that? In the letter that Darcy writes to Elizabeth, what does he reveal about Wickham? What is Elizabeth's reaction to that news?
